Overview

Dahua Malaysia, a leading provider of innovative security solutions, is seeking a talented Channel Sales Engineer to join our team in Penang. This is a full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for career development within our dynamic organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Identifying and cultivating effective new channel partner relationships to expand our market reach
  • Maintaining and managing the relationships with our current channel partners
  • Providing product training, technical support and latest internal policies to channel partners to ensure they are well-equipped to promote and sell our products and solutions
  • Collecting and analyzing the key market insights
  • Collaborating with channel partners to develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns
  • Generating sales leads and opportunities through proactive engagement with our partner network

What we\'re looking for

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology / Marketing related major is a must (or the candidate who has a diploma degree and more than three(3) years related working experience)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
  • Proven track record of success in a channel sales / business development / technical sales role, preferably within the security (CCTV product) or technology industry
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities
  • Strong critical thinking and result-oriented mindset
