Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Admin to join our team at Pei Thong (M) Sdn Bhd in Ayer Itam Penang . This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of our office operations.
Responsibilities
- Handling a variety of administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Providing excellent customer service to clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Assisting with the coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory, and placing orders as needed
- Providing support to the management team as required
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar roleStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressureExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanorProficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your workFlexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solvingBenefits
