About the role
We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. If you have great communication skills, a pleasant personality, and enjoy working in hospitality, we’d love to meet you!
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests upon arrival.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and handle guest inquiries.
- Maintain guest records and reservations accurately.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle basic cashiering and billing.
- Uphold company standards for customer service and professionalism.
Requirements
Minimum SPM or Diploma in related field.Experience in front desk or hospitality industry is an advantage.Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (other languages are a plus).Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and customer-oriented.Computer literate (MS Office, hotel management systems is an added advantage).Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.Competitive salary package.EPF & SOCSO contributions.Staff meals / allowances.Training and career growth opportunities.If you are passionate about hospitality and eager to be part of our growing team, we encourage you to apply now.
