- PURPOSE
- Communicate, implement and execute any Network Security Initiatives or Projects
- Work closely with Group InfoSec and business units to provide Level 2 or 3 support on any FWD Network Security Controls
- Act as single point-of-contact to assigned business units for any queries in relation to these network security controls
- Conduct investigation and escalation on any discrepancies in the security control deviation
- Support the team in the complex integration and incident matters
- KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Facilitate and guide the implementation of new network security controls for assigned markets
- To coordinate the collection and generation logs for issue resolution
- To prepare network security control metrics for management reporting
- Perform periodical and ad-hoc network data analytics for security controls improvement
- To support and participate in any project initiatives for remediation, service improvement and / or cost-savings
- Proactively identify, plan and execute improvement opportunity to increase efficiency and effectiveness of reporting process and tools
- Coach junior team members
- KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- Accuracy of the reports and timely submission
- Support the Network and Cloud Security Lead and Head of Security Engineering in continuous uplift of deliverables
- Ensure operations and management of services are delivered within agreed SLAs across FWD group and business units
- Meet the objectives of the role within the defined timelines
- Provide continuous support and consultation with regards to deliverables across FWD Group and Business Units
- Conduct periodic review assessments on existing controls and processes related to deliverables
- Doing things right, creating synergies for the overall FWD goals and objectives, along with a people first approach

- QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in areas relating to Network Security
- Degree from Information Technology or equivalent discipline
- KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Hands on experience in implementing or managing Networking Products such as Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Zscaler, Skybox
- Detailed oriented and able to work under pressure and accustomed to work under tight deadlines
- Team-oriented, collaborative, and agile and able to adapt to changes
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
