Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, spreadsheet management, and basic formulas.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data and documents.Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, both written and verbal.Familiarity with basic accounting principles and financial concepts.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Responsibilities
Assist in data entry and maintenance of financial records using Microsoft Excel.Support the finance team in preparing payments, including vendor invoices, staff claims, and allowances.Maintain and update the finance database (Lark Base) for campaigns, claims, and incentives.Perform bank transaction checks to reconcile sales and payment records.Assist in preparing incentives for weekly achievement celebrations.Provide administrative support, including maintaining company assets (laptops, stationery, etc.).Ensure all financial activities comply with company policies and accounting principles.Carry out ad hoc finance and administrative tasks as assigned.Job Type : Internship
