About The Role
Tenancy management of AIA Real Estate Investment portfolio. Work closely with facilities and asset managers to achieve optimum occupancy / revenue. Conduct market research to keep abreast of AIA properties. Ensure REI Leasing and Mortgage Department efficiently with proper control, accuracy and due compliance with relevant laws, regulatory guidelines, and internal policies.

Tenancy administration matter (Own & Rented Premises)
AIA Tenancy Renewal / Termination (own premises & rental premises)
Ensure adherence to AIA policies, operating guidelines, processes and procedures.
