Overview

To maintain and take overall preventive and safety measures in the factory.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and take overall preventive and safety measures in the factory.
  • Attend to monthly checks : Air-con, Pest Control, Fire Alarm System, Sprinkler, Water Tank Level & Meter Reading.
  • Maintain factory fire extinguishers in good condition and coordinate yearly refills.
  • Liaise with contractors on facilities-related matters.
  • Take care of the factory building maintenance.
  • Carry out minor plumbing and painting works as and when required.
  • Perform ad-hoc simple electrical repair and installation work when required.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM / STPM or higher.
  • 2 years working experience.
  • Specialize in Maintenance / Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
