Job Responsibilities :

This position will be in charge of accounts receivables.
Work closely with all product managers to track & maintenance project progress billing.
Issue invoice, credit note and records collection.
Exercise diligence in ensuring that all transactions in accounts receivable are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
Work closely with all business managers in prepare sales support documents as when needed.
Produce sales / revenue report & cashflow projection for incoming funds.
Compute monthly sales commission.
Prepare monthly submission of sales & service tax.
Analysis of financial statements covering all revenue, invoice and collection.
Assist in quarterly / yearly audit & audit queries.
Ad hoc financial projects when required.

Job Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a LCCI, Diploma in accounting, Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.

Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Exposure to and an effective understanding of principles of Sarbanes Oxley would be an advantage.

Willing to work in within Klang Valley.

Must have knowledge of UBS Accounting Software, Quickbooks & Microsoft Office.

Be able to work independently as well as part a team.

Positive attitude towards problem solving and tight deadlines.

Outstanding organizational and analytical skills.
