Job Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute engaging content tailored for each social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Manage daily social media operations, including posting, scheduling, community engagement, and responding to messages or inquiries.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics; provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure IQI's content remains relevant and competitive.
• Collaborate and liaise with internal and cross-border stakeholders to support marketing initiatives through effective social media strategies and campaigns.
• Assist in planning and executing paid advertising campaigns across social platforms - including audience targeting, ad creation, performance tracking, and reporting.
