Our client is a dynamic start-up in the cloud technology sector, specializing in providing enterprise-level cloud solutions and reseller services. They partner with leading cloud vendors to help businesses optimize their digital infrastructure and drive growth.

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to develop and execute the digital advertising strategy for a portfolio of cloud products and enterprise solutions. As a sole contributor, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, optimizing campaign ROI, and working closely with sales and creative teams to achieve key business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital advertising strategies for cloud products and enterprise solutions.
  • Manage campaign budgets and allocate spend effectively across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, Baidu, and TikTok.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize performance metrics to improve ROI and lead conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality and align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Work with creative and content teams to design effective ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Leverage analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Looker Studio, HubSpot, Salesforce) to monitor and evaluate campaign performance.
  • Research cloud industry trends and competitors to inform marketing decisions.

Requirements

  • Experience with cloud vendors, resellers, or MSP ecosystems.
  • Hands-on experience with international paid campaigns in markets such as SEA, MENA, LatAm, or the EU.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and lead automation systems.
  • A technical background or a strong understanding of the sales cycle for cloud solutions.
