Penerangan pekerjaan设计相关专业本科及以上学历（视觉传达 / 交互设计 / 多媒体设计 等）； 5 年以上 UI / UX 设计经验 ，具备完整产品设计项目经验； 熟练使用 Figma、Sketch、Adobe XD、Illustrator、Photoshop 等设计工具； 对 用户研究、交互设计、信息架构、可用性原则 有深入理解； 能独立完成从概念构思到最终落地的完整设计流程； 良好的沟通能力与跨部门协作能力，具备项目推动力； 拥有 B2B 或 SaaS 产品设计经验者优先 ；同时具备 金融科技、电商或移动应用 项目经验者亦佳。 具备基本的 HTML / CSS / 前端知识 者更佳。 具备 Motion / 微交互设计能力； 有领导或指导设计团队的经验； 熟悉 DesignOps 或 UX 流程管理工具； 有国际化产品设计经验。
Working Hour : 5天班
我们正在寻找一位具有创意思维与系统化设计能力的 高级 UI / UX 设计师 ，负责产品的整体用户体验策略与视觉设计。您将与产品经理、开发团队及市场团队紧密合作，从用户研究、信息架构、交互流程到视觉呈现，全程参与产品设计过程，打造优雅且高效的用户体验。
主要职责
- 负责 Web 与移动端产品的 UI / UX 整体设计与体验优化 ；
- 深入理解产品目标与用户需求，制定 用户体验策略与信息架构 ；
- 设计 用户流程图、线框图、原型（Low / High fidelity）及视觉稿 ；
- 与产品经理及工程师协作，确保设计落地的质量与一致性；
- 主导 设计系统（Design System）与组件库 的建立与维护；
- 进行 用户研究、可用性测试、数据分析 ，持续优化产品体验；
- 指导初级设计师，推动团队的设计标准化与创新。
