• To prepare schedule for preventive maintenance:
• To check and balance monthly OPA machine database.
• To prepare schedule for all Chubb branch nationwide.
• To coordinate schedule with machine service provider.
• Forward confirm appointment to Chubb branch nationwide.
• Monitor and update clients on job completion.
• Create tickets as reference upon completion servicing (PM).
• To coordinate appointment with service provider:
• Request appointment for fault call and footage request.
• Manage and inform branch upon confirmation.
• Burn data from DVR to CD/DVD for bank footage request:
• Received raw data from branch and transfer to CD/DVD.
• Arrange for delivery to client and close the ticket.
• Update status SLA to Bank:
• Daily update job completion to client.
• Provide summary MEET/FAIL SLA on weekly/monthly report.
• Forward and follow up Bank SLA.
• Escalate any issue to bank supervisor/managers.
• Assist Team Leader for servicing update:
• Sorting all servicing checklist and update to the database.
• Prepare monthly summary report to update superiors for servicing progress.
• Invoicing and billing.
