Key Account Manager

Penerangan pekerjaanPro-actively manage and develop relationships with your portfolio of customers Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including cross‑selling Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue flows from the portfolio Grow newly identified strategic clients for the country / region Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure KPIs are met (monthly, quarterly, annual) Participate in rate negotiations and engage network resources Collaborate with overall account owners (Global Leads) as required Identify new business opportunities within customer organizations and coordinate with account owners to qualify the opportunity Implement latest IT tools available within the sales organization or for strategic clients Improve sales process and performance in collaboration with operation teams Provide feedback to management on progress of sales activities and any barriers to achieving targets Maintain data compliance (pipelines, account plans) Support and work closely with the operation team to ensure customer service levels are met or exceeded Proactively manage client escalations such as shipment delays and issue resolution Work with product heads and operation teams to provide maximum support Keep knowledge of all relevant Toll products and services up to date Attract new opportunities and develop existing clients to generate additional volume and profit Oversee contract preparation, deal negotiations and ensure compliance with company standards Monitor and support the finance team with daily sales outstanding collection (DSO) as required Monitor client developments and report or elevate to line manager and functional reporting lines Build key contacts and relationships within the Toll network to align with One Toll strategy Implement, coordinate and follow up Group & Divisional Client Centricity initiatives Lead business opportunities of strategic importance Participate in face‑to‑face customer meetings Serve as the single point of contact for communication with assigned customers and manage SLA, SOP, contractual obligations and other agreements Entitled to work in Malaysia Prepared to undergo pre‑employment checks, including criminal history and medical checks Industry‑leading training and career development opportunities Collaborative friendly teams with approachable leaders Autonomy to take on diverse challenges and responsibilities
