What You Will Gain

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and motivate team members to achieve business objectives and sales targets.Provide constructive feedback for improvements to Management.Guide and conduct market surveys in formulating sales strategy.Initiate, plan, execute and monitor marketing activities according to schedule.Respond promptly to customer and sales enquiries, including coordination with agents, bankers, and solicitors.Ensure timely execution of legal documents for concluded sales.Compile all necessary sales & marketing documentation in an orderly manner for internal use and external proposals / contracts.Assist in liaising the end financing packages & documentation for any new or existing projects.Work closely with the Sales Administrator to monitor progress billing and payment collection status; engage with purchasers when required.Ensure actions align with ISO standards compliance.What We’re Looking For
Diploma / Degree in a relevant field or equivalent.At least 4 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.Experience in the Property Market is required.Proficiency in Mandarin and a background in the Industrial real estate market is an added advantage.Ready to grow with us?
