Territory Sales Manager – Malaysia (Construction / Building Materials / MNC)

Our client is an MNC specializing in manufacturing and supplying building materials solutions to various construction markets. They are seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Malaysia market.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and visit Owners, Consultants and Contractors in the data center space to promote Products / Systems for piping and fittings applications
  • Pursue and obtain acceptance in specifications of Products / Systems by Owners, Consultants and Contractors
  • Promote Products in the territory through seminars, training, technical literature and onsite technical support
  • Manage local distributors and ensure proper information flow and maintenance
  • Visit job sites and follow up the installation process with contractors; train contractor personnel in usage and installation
  • Provide weekly reports on activities and marketing intelligence in the territory
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree in relevant studies
  • Minimum 5 years of professional sales experience in mechanical-based products / systems solutions for the construction market
  • Strong communication skills and professional appearance; high proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Self-motivated, independent, aggressive, objective-driven and results-oriented
