Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Cum Customer Service professional to join our team.

This role combines sales responsibilities with customer service duties, requiring excellent communication skills, a passion for building relationships, and a drive to achieve sales targets while delivering top-notch service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Representative Duties

  • Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accurate records.
  • Create engaging sales copy to attract and retain customers.
  • Meet and exceed agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (MST : 4 / day, PTP : 8 / day).
  • Generate leads through cold calling (80 calls / day).

2. Customer Service Duties

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat professionally and promptly.
  • Resolve issues efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to management based on customer insights.
  • Support the team by contributing to related goals and tasks.
  • 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with other departments, including Marketing, Operations & Events, Finance & Accounts, and HR, to address customer needs comprehensively.
  • 4. Administrative Support

  • Prepare sales reports and analyze customer feedback to improve processes.
  • Assist the sales team with administrative and reporting tasks.
  • 5. Reports Submission

  • Plan and execute timely submission of daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
  • 6. Continuous Improvement

  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Attend training sessions to continuously improve skills and service quality.
  • Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in sales and customer service roles is an added advantage.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume sales outreach.
