Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Cum Customer Service professional to join our team.
This role combines sales responsibilities with customer service duties, requiring excellent communication skills, a passion for building relationships, and a drive to achieve sales targets while delivering top-notch service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Representative Duties
- Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accurate records.
- Create engaging sales copy to attract and retain customers.
- Meet and exceed agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes.
- Track and report key performance indicators (MST : 4 / day, PTP : 8 / day).
- Generate leads through cold calling (80 calls / day).
2. Customer Service Duties
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat professionally and promptly.Resolve issues efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.Provide feedback and recommendations to management based on customer insights.Support the team by contributing to related goals and tasks.3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with other departments, including Marketing, Operations & Events, Finance & Accounts, and HR, to address customer needs comprehensively.4. Administrative Support
Prepare sales reports and analyze customer feedback to improve processes.Assist the sales team with administrative and reporting tasks.5. Reports Submission
Plan and execute timely submission of daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports.6. Continuous Improvement
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.Attend training sessions to continuously improve skills and service quality.Requirements / Preferred Qualifications
Good communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in sales and customer service roles is an added advantage.Able to work independently with minimal supervision.Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume sales outreach.Why Join Us
