Job Responsibilities :

To develop business development strategy for the Group Company that focus on financial gain for the group.
To assist in carrying out preliminary feasibility and viability study for new project proposal and to identify potential new project.
To efficiently plan, organize, control and to lead in the business development activities
Possess excellent communication skills to communicate with land owners, real estate agents and government authorities
To arrange business development meetings with prospective clients.
To build strong relationship and rapport with government officials, authority, potential clients and partners.
To conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Preparing concept paper, proposal and presentation materials for new projects.
To evaluate business plan and proposals submitted by others on joint venture basis or potential business partner.

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Business Studies / Civil or Mechanical Engineering / Real Estate Management

Familiar with local regulation with regard to the business ventures and investment.

At least 5-6 years working experience in familiar with managing business, construction management, property development, business ventures, real estate management and / or investment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skill with strong leadership.

Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by management from time-to-time and able to work independently.

Have skill managing staffs and business for the company.
