manager business development – property

Job Responsibilities :

• To develop business development strategy for the Group Company that focus on financial gain for the group.
• To assist in carrying out preliminary feasibility and viability study for new project proposal and to identify potential new project.
• To efficiently plan, organize, control and to lead in the business development activities
• Possess excellent communication skills to communicate with land owners, real estate agents and government authorities
• To arrange business development meetings with prospective clients.
• To build strong relationship and rapport with government officials, authority, potential clients and partners.
• To conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Preparing concept paper, proposal and presentation materials for new projects.
• To evaluate business plan and proposals submitted by others on joint venture basis or potential business partner.
