Internal Audit Manager

Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor's degree or above (major is not restricted; non-accounting background is also acceptable) Strong knowledge of risk management, internal controls, compliance, and financial reporting standards. Strong professional audit skills and risk awareness, able to independently carry out audit projects. Able to travel and work overtime when required; strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in audit tools, Microsoft Office, and knowledge of data analytics or audit software is an added advantage. Compensation can be discussed for highly qualified candidates.
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement the annual internal audit plan and adjust audit priorities based on the company's risk profile.
- Organise and lead audit projects to evaluate the company's business processes, financial status and internal control effectiveness.
- Prepare audit reports and provide recommendations for improvement; follow up and monitor the implementation of corrective actions.
- Assess the effectiveness of the company's risk management framework and internal control systems and propose optimisation solutions.
- Provide compliance and risk control advice to management on major business matters.
- Manage and coach the internal audit team and continuously improve team capability and professionalism.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities when required.
- Regularly report audit findings and risk control status to senior management.
- Perform other audit and risk-related tasks as assigned by management.
