Overview
We are looking for a Virtual Receptionist (Mandarin-speaking) to support a prestigious 5-star hotel project . In this role, you will assist hotel guests virtually through email, live chat, and outbound calls —providing the same high-quality service as an in-person receptionist, but without face-to-face interaction. Candidates with a background in hotel front desk or hospitality will have an advantage.
What You’ll Do
- Handle guest inquiries and requests via email, chat, and outbound calls .
- Support guests with reservations, booking changes, and general hotel information .
- Deliver 5-star service standards in every virtual interaction.
- Coordinate with hotel teams to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Maintain professionalism and efficiency in all communications.
What We’re Looking For
Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) – English proficiency is an added advantage.Background in hospitality, hotel receptionist, or customer service is preferred.Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.Ability to create a warm, professional guest experience virtually .Willing to work onsite in a professional office environment.Willing to work rotational shiftWhat’s in It for You
