Overview

We are looking for a Virtual Receptionist (Mandarin-speaking) to support a prestigious 5-star hotel project . In this role, you will assist hotel guests virtually through email, live chat, and outbound calls —providing the same high-quality service as an in-person receptionist, but without face-to-face interaction. Candidates with a background in hotel front desk or hospitality will have an advantage.

• Handle guest inquiries and requests via email, chat, and outbound calls .
• Support guests with reservations, booking changes, and general hotel information .
• Deliver 5-star service standards in every virtual interaction.
