Operation Assistant

will support the execution of live streaming operations by coordinating with hosts, assisting live admin staff, and implementing instructions from the management team. This role acts as a communication bridge between management and the live team, ensuring all procedures are carried out smoothly and efficiently.

Job Description : Assist in managing live sessions alongside hosts and admins. Follow and implement instructions from management regarding live sessions. Coordinate with live hosts and admins to ensure readiness before every session. Communicate updates, changes, or instructions clearly to all involved parties. Follow up on live-related matters such as session issues, performance highlights, and feedback. Arrange and attend team meetings between live hosts / admin and management. Support technical setup and basic troubleshooting during live streams. Sometimes required to handle affiliate matters — including communicating with affiliates, reaching out to them, and monitoring their performance. Perform other related tasks as assigned.
