Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate end-to-end project execution, from planning to completion.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets, cost estimates, and procurement plans.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
• Supervise site works and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and design standards.
• Prepare and present weekly progress reports to management and clients.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the project cycle.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and records for management review.
• Support tender preparation, costing, and procurement-related tasks when required.
