Morgan Philips Executive has been retained by a Public-listed Investment Holding Co in their search for a Group Chief People Officer / CHRO.
You will be leading a team of 20-30 headcounts across :
- Culture and People Experience Architect - Design, embed, and champion the culture—a dynamic and measurable set of behaviors that drive desired business outcomes (e.g., speed, psychological safety, customer obsession).
- Elevate the Employee Experience (EX) from pre-hire to post-exit, treating employees as the organization's most critical customer. Drive digital tools, inclusive practices, and leadership accountability to ensure the culture is lived, not just stated.
- Talent Acquisition & Future Workforce Strategy - Establish Build, Buy, Borrow, or Bot strategies for talent acquisition. Invest heavily in up-skilling and re-skilling programs (the "Build" strategy) to ensure internal mobility and career growth are prioritized over external hiring.
- Performance Management and Value Creation - Re-imagine performance management from a compliance activity to a continuous, forward-looking mechanism for value creation.
- Executive Advisor and Board Consultant - Serve as the CEO and Board's trusted, data-driven expert on organizational people health, capability, and risk.
Who we are looking for :
SHRM-CP / SCP or HRCI-SPHR / PHR certification preferred / Experienced in a similar role or capacityIdeally experienced in leading a HR generalist function within a complex / matrixed organizationSuperb in understanding, cascading and executing the goals of senior stakeholders (Board Members, C-suites & Partners)Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.What you will be offered :
