Functional Lead (DMS)

Penerangan pekerjaanAlignment of DMS functionality with business requirements. User satisfaction with DMS usability and effectiveness. Timely resolution of DMS-related issues and enhancements. Successful implementation of DMS customizations and configurations. User adoption and utilization of DMS features. Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or related field. Experience with distribution management systems (e.g., SAP ERP, Oracle SCM). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Job Title : Functional Lead (DMS)
Key Responsibilities :
- Define functional requirements for the distribution management system (DMS).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements.
- Customize and configure the DMS to meet business needs.
- Provide subject matter expertise and support to the development team.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and facilitate user training and adoption.
