Loan Processing Assistant

This position will report to supervisor that works in America. All below duties apply to job responsibilities in American company.

Responsibilities

• Review loan applications and ensure all necessary documents are included.
• Verify applicant information, such as employment, income, and credit history.
• Calculate debt-to-income ratios and determine loan eligibility.
• Prepare loan files for underwriting and submit to the appropriate department.
• Communicate with borrowers, lenders, and other parties involved in the loan process.
• Coordinate with escrow companies to ensure timely closing of loans.
• Maintain accurate records of all loan transactions and update databases as needed.
