• Responsibilities :
• Participate in preparing, interpreting and analysis of sales and purchase contracts. You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities :
• Conducts contract administration in order to provide for proper contract fulfillment in accordance with trades requirements, company policies, legal requirements, and contract specifications.
• Provides administration of amendments / change orders including : Preparing change order and amendment requests; Negotiating with contractors to obtain resolution and settlement.
• Maintains a continuing review of the progress of each contract and provides management with information regarding any financial, legal or technical difficulties. To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications :
• A diploma in the related job field.
• Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.
