Monitoring and administering various contracts and sub-contract works, including preparing progress reports, recommending payments, issuing variation order certificates and finalizing accounts documentation. Conduct verification of material requisitions, take-off quantities and site measurements of completed work. Prepare progress claims and invoices for clients and consultants to ensure effective project management. Prepare, call and evaluate tenders as well as value variation orders. Negotiate building and material costs with subcontractors and suppliers. Manage the processing of claims from consultants and subcontractors related to project matters. REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field. 3+ years of QS experience in the construction field; those with more experience may be considered for a senior role. Pre & Post contracts management experience in CSA or MEP works preferred. Data Center construction experience is a Plus. Strong knowledge in quantity take-off, site measurement, cost estimation, tender preparation, claim evaluation, variation orders and final account settlement, with hands-on experience in site progress verification and subcontract management.
