Genesys Junior Developer (JavaScript / React JS)

Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in front-end development. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Git. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Exposure to Genesys Cloud CX or Genesys Engage platforms. Experience with Redux or other state management libraries. Understanding of Agile development methodologies. Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Associate Contract Information Technology IT Services and IT Consulting
Key Responsibilities
- Build responsive and user-friendly UI components for customer engagement platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend developers, QA, and product managers.
- Integrate front-end components with Genesys APIs and backend services.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications and provide timely fixes.
