Role Description

This full‑time, on‑site role for a Property Sales Executive based in WP Kuala Lumpur involves achieving sales targets, building and maintaining strong client relationships, handling property inquiries, conducting site visits, preparing sales presentations, negotiating property transactions, and collaborating with marketing and development teams to promote properties effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer relationship management, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of real estate markets, trends, and property transaction processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a customer‑focused approach.
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate CRM software is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in the property or real estate industry will be an added advantage.
