Job Responsibilities :
- Handling inbound call and outbound call regarding Postpaid & Fibre related issue.
- Assist customer in troubleshoot line issue.
- Walk customer thru product of company and promotion.
- Cross / up-selling company product with call in customer.
Job Requirements :
SPM / Diploma / Degree holder with 1 year working experience in a call center.Able to work 24 / 7 shift rotation basis.Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Melayu.Basic technical troubleshooting experience will be added advantages.Basic knowledge of digital tools and platform (E.g.
