Penerangan pekerjaanDevelop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial KPIs. Analyze variances and provide insights to management. Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity. Oversee treasury operations : banking, payments, FX management. Handling payment processes and ensuring timely disbursements Creating and managing invoices (daily, monthly, annually) Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred for manager-level). 3–7 years of experience in finance & accounting roles (for mid-level). Strong knowledge of MFRS / IFRS and tax compliance. Skilled in financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management. Proficiency with accounting systems (e.g., Accurate, SAP, Oracle, Xero, Jurnal, or similar). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 📌 Responsibilities
Accounting & Compliance
- Manage bookkeeping and ensure accurate daily financial records.
- Handle AR / AP, payroll entries, and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Ensure compliance with MFRS / IFRS and local tax regulations.
- Support audit preparation and coordinate with auditors.
- Preparing and managing daily, monthly, and annual financial reports for projects as required
