Billing Executive

Penerangan pekerjaanDiploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or claims processing. Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Mandarin as an added advantage East Malaysians are encouraged to apply.
Job Descriptions
- Review and verify all staff claims, and prepare summaries of travelling and meal allowance claims for payroll processing.
- Verify Directors' claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and update monthly project costing for office vehicles, printing, and photocopying.
- Generate operating cost input from Bearpalm for all projects, in line with the Quarterly Performance Management System (PMS).
- Review and analyze expense reimbursements and petty cash claims.
- Prepare reconciliations for advance payments versus actual expenses for international projects.
- Develop and present sector profitability reports to management.
- Perform ledger postings and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.
