The Role
This is a telesales‑driven inside sales position focused on qualifying and booking sales meetings for the company’s services.
You’ll thrive if you enjoy structured daily outreach, measurable targets, and building rapport quickly over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Make daily outbound calls to new prospects (supported by email and WhatsApp follow‑ups).
- Qualify potential clients based on provided criteria and book appointments with decision‑makers.
- Log all outreach activities and maintain accurate records in the company CRM or lead sheet.
- Conduct light research on prospects before outreach to personalise conversations.
- Follow up on previous contacts to maintain interest and ensure appointment attendance.
Requirements
Malaysian citizens only.3–4 years experience in telesales, inside sales, or appointment‑setting roles.Background in insurance, property, financial services, or similar roles preferred.Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).Self‑motivated, comfortable working remotely, and disciplined in meeting daily KPIs.Stable internet connection and a suitable work‑from‑home environment.Compensation & Structure
Base Salary : RM3,500 – RM4,500 / monthCommission : Based on qualified appointments and successful deal closures.Average Total Monthly Earning Potential : RM5,000–6,000+ (based on performance)Contract Duration : 6 months, with possibility of extension or conversion to full‑time role.Why Join Us
