Role Purpose

To ensure Dunning was successfully triggered, monitor the ICCC stop credit process in alignment with the Collection GSOP and Strategy. Analyse accounts in the ICCC Stop Credit to reduce broken promises that are not flowing into the stop credit process. Ensure the Credit Check and approval process is in place, reviewing external credit agency ratings, and only successful applications will allow account creation following GSOP.

Job Description

• Monitor Dunning completion and review Dunning block status by obtaining CFO approval regularly, aligning Crisp Control.
• Perform the ICCC Stop Credit Process to ensure customers’ accounts with overdue balances that meet credit hold criteria flow into Stop Credit execution in alignment with GSOP.
• Perform Credit Check and Approval process by reviewing customers’ financial and legal documents to ensure accounts lacking supporting documents are stopped from immediate creation and trigger further investigation with Country Finance and Commercial.
• Perform Credit Check and Approval for customers with complete supporting documents, subject to Country OTC manager or CFO approval.
• Understand external credit agency processes (which may differ by country) and factor these into the Credit Check / Approval process.
• Ensure adequate follow‑up on identified risks and gaps.
• Arrange, coordinate and lead regular meetings, visit customers, and build toward improved customer satisfaction while mitigating trading risks.
• Agree and coordinate credit risk mitigation measures with Sales, CDM, credit collection, credit administration, operations, H&G, CFO and OTC teams.
• Advise and coordinate process improvements related to credit risk mitigations across the entire OTC chain.
