Penerangan pekerjaanConduct comprehensive on-the-ground research to identify potential outlets, meeting with landlords, agents, management, residents, and business owners for detailed discussions. Cultivate long-term relationships to lay the foundation for future development and expansion opportunities. Navigate the competitive market by skillfully negotiating Letters of Intent (LOI), Letters of Offer (LOO), and Tenancy Agreements, always safeguarding the company's core interests. Monitor lease renewal cases, ensuring a proactive approach with a 6-month notice before expiration. Conduct a thorough study of the latest market trends and situations before finalizing renewal agreements. Must be capable of managing tender projects. Oversee the implementation of new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and administrative tasks related to retail development. Manage documentation, such as the Retail Development form, for the proper release of all deposits. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field. Proven experience in retail development or related roles. Experience working in Chain Stores for F&B / Pharmacy / Convenience Store will be added advantages. Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Ability to adapt to a dynamic and competitive market. Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin is a must

Job Responsibilities :
1. Expansion Planning
- Develop and execute expansion plans to cover multiple states, working collaboratively with the team to ensure strategic growth and to facilitate and expedite expansion initiatives.
2. Quality and Quantity Outlet Targeting
3. Negotiation and Agreement Management
4. Renewal Management
5. Project / Tender Handling
6. Administrative Duties and SOP Implementation
Requirements :
Remuneration : Up to MYR 10,000
