COC MARINE SDN. BHD. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreman Ship Welder / Fitter to join our team in Port Klang, Selangor. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the welding and fitting operations for our marine construction projects.

What you'll be doing

• Supervising and coordinating a team of welders and fitters to ensure the timely and accurate completion of all welding and fitting tasks
• Reviewing and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements
• Conducting quality inspections and implementing quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of workmanship
• Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the welding and fitting process
• Providing training and mentorship to less experienced welders and fitters to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Collaborating with other project stakeholders to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of the overall project
