Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and improve welding procedures, consumables, and parameters to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.
  • Conduct testing (mechanical, chemical, metallurgical) to ensure consumables and welds meet AWS, ASME, ISO standards.
  • Support troubleshooting of Welding defect issues.
  • Guide welders, technicians, and sales teams on proper welding practices and consumable applications.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation including WPS, PQR, datasheets, and certifications.
  • Work with QA / QC teams to ensure compliance with industry codes and customer requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Materials, or Welding Engineering.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking to address client needs.
  • Strong knowledge of welding processes, consumables, and industry standards.
