Demonstrated leadership and team management experience. Ability to work independently with a results-oriented approach. Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments. Lead all finance functions, including accounting, statutory and management reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, financial analysis, audit, internal controls, tax, and treasury. Partner with the CEO and operational heads to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making. Drive long-term strategic financial planning aligned with business goals. Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of our retail outlets. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other regulatory requirements, mitigating risks. Provide robust financial analysis and recommendations to enhance business performance. Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls in alignment with Group standards. Drive system enhancements, and process improvements, and maintaining a strong control environment.

Job Description : Qualifications :
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications (ACCA / CIMA / MIA).
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience, including significant tenure as a Financial Controller in companies with an annual turnover of >
RM200mil or in a senior position for companies with an annual turnover of >
RM300mil.
