Job Responsibilities :
Assist in inspecting raw materials, in-process components, and final products for quality compliance.
Support the development and execution of quality control procedures and documentation.
Help in preparing and maintaining QA / QC reports, test results, and inspection records.
Collaborate with production and R&D teams to ensure product quality standards are met.
Learn and apply ISO standards or relevant food safety management systems.
Identify and report food safety issues or non-conformances.
Assist in monitoring equipment calibration and maintenance records.
Participate in root cause analysis and support implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Conduct sample collection and assist with laboratory testing
Conduct data entry, trend analysis, reporting for quality and safety improvement
Any other ad-hoc task as assigned by superior.
Qualifications and Skills :
Diploma, Degree holder in Food Science / Food Technology or other related studies.
Skill : Possess inspection and quality control skill
