Oversee terminal claims processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Develop and implement claims handling policies and procedures. Monitor compliance with industry regulations and company guidelines. Manage and mentor a team of claims professionals to achieve performance targets. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex claims efficiently. Analyze claims data to identify trends and recommend process improvements. A degree in a related field such as insurance, business, or finance. Proven experience in claims management within the insurance industry. Strong knowledge of insurance regulations and claims processes. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
