About the role

Mosulu construction & engineering in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our dedicated team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

Supervise and direct the work of construction crews to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate activities and address concerns
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
Provide training and mentorship to junior members of the construction team
Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction processes and procedures

What we're looking for

Significant experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreperson in the construction industry

Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and the wider team

Thorough understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations in the construction sector

Ability to work well under pressure and make timely decisions
