Project Administrator (Engineering Consulting Firm)

Overview

We are seeking a talented Project Administrator to join our thriving consulting firm, ihDesign Sdn Bhd, located in Bandar Sunway, Selangor. This is a full-time role supporting the project management team to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of construction-related projects.

What you'll be doing

• Assist the technical team with project implementation and provide administrative support from initiation to completion.
• Prepare and manage project reports, proposals, schedules , and official correspondence.
• Compile and review tender documents, technical submissions, and contractors’ claims .
• Monitor project progress and resolve arising issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate project documentation , including drawings, submission reports, and handover materials.
• Issue and manage all relevant project paperwork.
• Perform document control duties to support project and company operations.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, consultants , and other stakeholders.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager or superior.
