Job Description

• Monitor and lead the team on timely basis :
• to clear both SLGL unreconciled items and long outstanding balances; and
• to promptly follow up with vendor on the progress of system change request, system service request, report request and data patch raised in relation to PentaISF for new product, process improvement, new regulatory requirement, MFRS 17 requirement or data request for analysis.
• Responsible to write business requirement documentation for any change request related to accounting module in PentaISF.
• Responsible to update related policies and procedures on yearly basis. Participate in process improvement, system automation project or any other project assigned by the Management.
• Ensure compliance with Company and Regulatory policies and regulations.
• Other duties as required by the Management.
