Responsibilities
- Retail Operations Management
Oversee daily operations of all retail outlets to ensure smooth running.
Maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.Merchandise Sales & Product OrderingPlan and execute sales strategies to meet retail targets.
Manage product ordering, inventory control, and stock replenishment.Ensure correct product assortment, pricing, and attractive displays.Inventory & Performance MonitoringMonitor stock levels, identify slow-moving items, and plan promotions or markdowns.
Review and analyze sales performance, inventory turnover, and retail KPIs.Prepare retail operations and performance reports for management.Budget & Vendor ManagementManage budgets, forecasts, and expenses to maximize profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms.Work with procurement to ensure cost-effective purchasing.Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field (professional certifications in Retail Management or Supply Chain are an advantage).Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management , including 3–5 years in a managerial role .Strong background in merchandise sales, inventory management, and product ordering .Experience in managing multiple outlets or high-volume retail operations is preferred.Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and retail performance metrics.#J-18808-Ljbffr
