Summary

Job Description : Support product qualification, shop floor paperwork, review test data.

Responsibilities

• Understand the customers\' requirements, read customer drawings, production drawings, 108 spec, and can make 501 spec. Review the evaluation or test report and confirm the accuracy of report contents to ensure that the product meets the quality specification. Maintain documents and upload related files to Doclink. Coordinate troubleshooting / problem solving during NPI / Product Duplication / Transfer.
• System Support Work : Communicate with USA bulk cable engineering team and DG engineering team to ensure understanding of development requirements. Document the requirements and support Penang SAP system from engineering system.
• Shop Floor Paper Work
• Coordinate the update of NPI documents, including SOPs, CPs, and test plans.
• Maintenance and management of NPI documents
• Review the evaluation or test report; review physical and SI test data, analyze the failure items
• Coordinate troubleshooting / problem solving during NPI / Product Duplication / Transfer
• Sustain mass production
• Collaborate with PQE and operations team to handle daily questions / issues raised by PQE and production team
• Other sustain work like compliance confirmation, improvement requirements from CA team on mass production parts
