The Opportunity

The Senior Administrative Executive (Research Infrastructure and Programmes) provides a range of professional and high-quality administrative services to support the effective operation of iLab and the campus centralized research data storage solution (RDSS). This includes triaging and managing Level 1 support requests for both iLab and RDSS, and maintaining excellent working relationships with internal and external iLab and RDSS users.

The Senior Administrative Executive supports the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) by managing administrative processes subject to audit, including maintaining documentation and records, coordinating audits and compliance reporting, and supporting leadership objectives and continuous improvement across the campus research platforms. The role ensures that administrative procedures are aligned with campus research platforms to maintain certification and support continual improvement.

Reporting Line : The position reports to the Research Infrastructure Specialist.
