Job Summary
Implement marketing and promotional plans, coordinate product communication activities and conduct / compile research and marketing information for reporting purposes.
General Responsibilities
- Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditure against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
- Implement marketing plans for products and services to achieve business objectives and marketing strategies
- Support the development of annual marketing budget to align to clients' needs and marketing plans. Track and document marketing expenditures and highlight deviations from budget
- Conduct market research and compile information on market trends, consumer behavior, competitor activities, etc. Perform basic analysis for decision making purpose
- Implement advertising and promotional plans according to agreed objectives to ensure effective execution of advertising and promotion activities
- Coordinate and organize product communication activities, launches, exhibitions, media relations activities, etc. to drive awareness of products / services
- Compile marketing information / updates and market research data / analysis as inputs to management report preparation
- Support business planning with internal / external stakeholders (e.g. sales) in budgeting, marketing plans development, etc. to align to business priorities
- Work closely with external vendors and agencies (e.g. event organizers, advertising agencies, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities
