Manage full spectrum of HR function across organization covering talent acquisition, employment relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, payroll, industrial relations and general affairs / admin.
Lead, develop and implement continuous improvement of HR policies and standards.
Apply and monitor status of work permit / employment pass of foreign employees.
Maintain and keep track employees’ leave, medical, expenses claim, overtime and attendance records.
In-charge for all the HR correspondence such as Employment Letter, Confirmation Letter, disciplinary letters and etc.
To conduct interviews for potential employees.
Accurate and timely processing of monthly staff payroll.
To perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management.
At least 4-5 years of working experience in manufacturing environment.
Well-versed in the Employment Act with good knowledge of prevailing HR practice.
